You have allowed them to access your address book, your contact list on your phone, your email content, your pictures and galleries, if you buy a new microwave oven and reviewed them on Amazon, there is nothing that prevents Google from contacting everyone on your email and phone contact and say "hey, your buddy Sam really likes this microwave, wouldn't you want one for yourself too?".

Ironically, the property's entire roof had been replaced less than 3-years ago; all HVAC systems were less than 5-years old, apart from one which was 8-years old, each having been serviced yearly like clockwork with documented proof; only appliances that I believe were included in-unit were microwaves (no surprise w/ rent this low), although the necessary hookups were readily available for tenants who wanted to bring in their own appliances; and I know at least one of the buildings had concrete floors.

There are actually 2 units, a studio that will be setup like a hotel room (no kitchen, just mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker) and a 1 bedroom with full kitchen.
