I have a 3 family property in a lower to middle class neighborhood. The rental market is not what you would call hot right now, but I am looking to attract decent renters and stand out. The units have new flooring and appliances. Does anyone recommend any "add ons" to the property to make it more appealing? (shower curtains, blinds, etc.) Thanks!
