Kitchens are OK. o Front yard looks like a war zone – needs new yard and flower beds. o Two of the three units share a water heater and oil heat… so landlord has done a “rent included” deal and covers nat gas and oil for these two units.

Rai There are cash-flowing markets in this country with high rent demand and landlord friendly laws where you can find a duplex for closer to $100k :) Honestly, a 200k duplex doesn't sound like it's going to be a great cash flower in most markets in today's environment.
