Multifamily Tenants: Do they care about a yard?
Hello All!
I am looking at putting an offer in on a 4plex unit in Wisconsin that has no yard whatsoever. It has a front porch into the building and basically a parking lot in back. I have a duplex with a large yard that the tenants seem to like, so I'm not sure if a complete lack of a yard is a deal breaker for a large majority of folks. Looking at comps I see a variety of properties, and the majority have yards. What have other seen here? Any feedback would be great!
