Im having a hard time believing this is even legal.The second thing is I'm so fed up ive been harassing them 2 to 3 times a day just to be a jerk to them telling them they dont know how to do their job and if they want all the home owners to pay they have to earn their money..Keep in mind I just started this because I think they are a bunch of jackasses..These guys really hate me right now.

Many times people become landlords because they can't sell their home and those are people that have no clue about how to manage a rental property...by the time you contact them, they'll be so fed up with the process that they'll practically give you the house.

Hey RubenJust went somewhat same thing with a seller bank changed locks, called mortg. co. asked for key they sent fed ex to my office two days ,I asked them if they assigned to agent they said no ,just call and ask still owners prop. no cutting just ask . good luck

I look for grass that hasn't been maintained, also look for vacant tags sticking out of the mail boxes.

Look for places that look like the owners don't have the time (or money) to maintain the property: pealing paint, grass that is over 6 inches tall, weeds in the flowerbeds, etc.These people are usually distressed to some extent.
