These are more important than being in one particular real estate field, you could work as a property manager but knowing 5 kick butt Property Managers would be even better.

I’m new in the field and forum but this is my thought.

I was hoping maybe we could all take advantage of the Day 2 - 10X Networking Party  on the outfield...maybe comment on here or on my post on where we will be on the field and create a mini BP huddle?

Anything residential will have to be a personal loan and only commercial can be given a loan for an LLC however because my partner and I do not have past experience in the field commercial loans are not available either. 

@Deangelo Mack Honesty is what gets you to the top in any field.

There are so many products beyond just flipping or buy and hold.Like any professional field, you should do some basic research and decide what you would be passionate about.I did flipping for 3 years, then moved onto being a HML.

A quick read is a good idea to become conversant, but you will really learn the most by getting on the phone and speaking with a few professionals in the field.

These are young professionals who probably dropped 200k on an MIT education and you think they are suddenly going to destroy their credit and ability to rent in the area where all of the jobs in their related field are because they can't come up with rent?
