BP doesn't let me post images as responses so I can't fully express my internet feelings but I'd be very skeptical about this deal right now.is there something I'm missing here.

I can't express enough the gratitude for the friends I've made on this site. 

He also made mention of jerry rigging the oven gas line(which we also expressed concern over) Then they wanted us to fill out a w9 and I let them know the original bid did not included taxes but that I would have to add that.They didn't get back to me all day until hours later and said they want their deposit back and they were cancelling on us. (48 hours before we are to start a 2 week project) I let them know I would have to talk to our crew as I already gave them the deposit and that they booked out 2 weeks of their schedule to work on this job.They called me back and said ok we will keep you on the job but need to delay the startdate for another week....because we are having some other work done first.....To me this last statement they said sounds like total BS.

I just moved to Philadelphia from California and want to get started in my RE career.After some research I have whittled down my options for the online courses to two:https://www.realestateexpress.com/prelicense/pa/pr...andhttps://portal.recampus.com/re/templere/store/port...They both have their pros and cons for me: One (real estate express) is cheaper and offers a test prep book, the other (Temple) is a recognized institution in the area and has a physical location for testing.

We're looking do more involved projects and a family member has expressed interest in investing some money with us on a per project basis.

They expressed interest in buying the place, we came together on a price, and they began to pursue a mortgage.

I am looking at joining Real Estate Express.

So if i pursue this property I will be reaching out to friends / family, all of whom I have a close relationship with, know me well, and have expressed interest in being a part of what I do with real estate.
