Thanks for this thread @Stewart VanValkenburg, looks like I'm 4 years behind the cutting edge of Utah County tax sales but keen on observing/participating in this and future years. 

I also worry about making an exception to my criteria that I've used for others.....opens me up to some litigation in the future regarding fair housing that I'm not too keen on. 

Keen to connect as I have just moved to San Diego.

I'm humble enough to admit that like most things, I need help getting started from someone who is very keen to RE and has had a successful track record.

I am keen on the infill stuff.. but not keen on over regulation.. this is what kept me out of Atlanta proper....

I know its buyer beware.. but when your talking the general public this stuff gets to regulators and in this state they protect the citizens.. we only have 4 mil in the whole state so they are pretty keen on jumping on this stuff

We are investing between keene and claremont, with a couple fix and flips under our belt and some buy and holds.

The only cash flow rental play that I found was in condos but I am not super keen on condos and the cash flow was still not good.
