Looking for a mentor in So Cal.

Hello all,

I am a newbie to RE in the So Cal area living in Whittier, CA. I've started slow by simply spending a lot of time learning about real estate principles, terminology and property analysis. I'm humble enough to admit that like most things, I need help getting started from someone who is very keen to RE and has had a successful track record. I'm simply looking for a mentor who is willing to spare some time and knowledge and help me grow. I work full time but I am willing to put in the work to be successful and share.
