Seems like the FED will increase rates about 1.0 to 1.25%, which (from my simple calculations) would increase my mortgage payments by the same amount as ditching PMI (through a refi after an LTV of 78% was reached). 

Convinced a co-worker to ditch his $795 a month apartment for a bedroom at my place for $425 and split utilities.

I know others who have ditched mail altogether and now do door knocking,  cold calling, and paid ads (SEM). 

Ditches you can put ponds in.  

The only time I've ever been concerned was when a tenant answered the door with a gun (and mind you, I was there to offer cash-for-keys in a last-ditch effort, so who's looking stupid there...).

I'd also do uniform throughout - ditch the carpet altogether or only do it depending on the climate.

I love how robust it is and the support at OwnerRez is very good in my opinion.Even though I had my own business website I recently ditched it and am using one of OwnerRez's sites instead.

Hard to ditch a paying tenant though. 

I'm not posting the house specifics, but the house is 50-60 days on market consecutively and 1 price drop so far.I offered originally 2,000$ to a buyers agent to do this deal, and he has since then ditched communication.
