@Kelly Maddox best advise I can give a busy professional like yourself, based on my experience, is to make the time to digest the information on the turnkey process and turnkey promoters and vendors right here on BP by setting a keyword to your profile, check out @Jay Hinrichs turnkey review website, educate yourself on the ins/outs of being a landlord before you jump into OOS rentals.

I am curious how you'd digest all these percentages to prioritize your decision-making. 

As such, you will likely have to self-coach by digesting all the valuable resources you can.Another option is to get an entry level job with a firm that does what you want to do so you can get experience without having to risk your own capital.

We personally have found that buying one property at a time is about what we can safely digest.

However, I think the concepts about assets and liabilities are fairly easy to digest.

I have probably done it a dozen times to try to digest it all.Obviously one issue with listening to it while driving is I don't have it written down in front of me to process fully and implement the steps as I go as easily.I have actually thought about getting a hard copy just to be able to really be able to work through some stuff when I have time (Whenever that might be!).
