The 2 main issues are that there's a leak in one of the bathrooms that is causing water to flow under the sub-floor and into the crawlspace.

Hi all,I have a single family home I purchased in June 2021 for 200k.Aside from cleaning up the yard, painting, and new water heater there have been no improvements.I recently got a letter that my taxes are going up as they believe the property to be worth 225k as of June 2022.

The inspector pointed out structural issues, potential plumbing issues (hard to confirm since the water was not on but scary enough) since the house was built in the early 1900's.

For us we either do or do not provide and if it’s provided then we as the owner are responsible for routine maintenance on the appliance and only time tenant is responsible is if they did not take proper care (or use) of the appliance.as a sidenote what if a tenant said - cool not part of lease come remove it I want my own fridge - you will spend more moving it out than you would by including it in lease.
