Is a holdover contemplated in the old lease?

Hi All,So I'm contemplating taking a look at a property that fits most of my criteria and am trying to work through an analysis.

I have contemplated getting my license though just to be able to have access to the MLS and other information that could help.

I have contemplated investing in real estate for years and just decided now is the time to seriously get started.I am interested in buy-and-hold rental properties.

Do you contemplate getting a PM at some point?

Thanks @Don Konipol for the great response.Your option 1 has been something I have started to contemplate tho I live 2000 miles from my property so finding someone to front me the work on just a phone call without meeting them could possibly be tough.

So with the interest rate being contemplated, IMO, forego the balloon altogether.

Until you get past that point, the rest of this is sort of a waste of energy and contemplation.
