Good afternoon BiggerPockets family. I'm currently a college student and I want to get into wholesaling so I can accumulate cash to purchase 2 multi-family units. I've been doing a lot of reading and educating myself about wholesaling. My question is Do I need my sales associate to practice wholesaling?
