A smart broker/agent that has a property listed might say ( Thanks for the offer and have seller counter back close to asking or ask.

., then I get to talk to them when I sent a cancellation letter, they answered and said we are not obligated nor the buyer to tell you anything or when we want to work on the title or what we will do in the propertyIf you were in my shoes what do you think of this guy and his people, plus the property listed with a whole different brokerage does not even have a website or address who is the bad guy then ?!!!

One of my buddies has a small brokerage in the same building as you (well the one next door) as well. 

I'm just looking for the brokerage that I can visit and talk with and eventually call it my home brokerage.

Ensure you have a couple thousand set aside for when you get your license in order to join your local associations, brokerage, MLS, etc.

Usually your broker provide an extensive training - you don't need any paid coaches.If you're currently with a small broker, try to switch to big chains like Keller Williams - they have excellent training.No need to pay for training when you already paid for your RElicense.I used to pay for Zillow/Trulia/Realtor leads - it's useless, almost 0% return on my money.When I switched to big brokerage, I've got so much training that it all worked.

The brokerage seems to be growing rapidly;  can this be sustained in the long run with very little brand recognition amongst customers (compared to a Keller Williams, REMAX, Coldwell Banker etc.)?
