One tile for backsplashes, one type of wood flooring, one color/design scheme, etc. 

Hi, I saw there's a variety of stick tiles  For bathroom floors, walls backsplash, wall accent. 

We replaced the AC unit, updated the kitchen with new counter tops, hardware, and backsplash, and are currently having the siding and a few windows replaced.

Property was in decent condition, rented for 1 year, then added granite countertop, subway tile backsplash, dishwasher.

Reach updates: install new 0.5 bath, install granite in kitchen, update appliances, re-tile kitchen floor (~100 sqft), add kitchen backsplash, paint exteriorWe would do as much work as possible ourselves, but for bigger projects (electrical, plumbing, major tile) we'd look to hire. 

if you are flipping a house, you want to use nicer products that perspective buyers will like and will think a lot of money was spent on, example, you may tile a kitchen floor vs putting in linoleum which you would do for a rental. tile a back splash in a flip vs a 4" back splash on a rental. a lot also depend on the area, you do not want to overspend on items for a flip if all the houses, including rentals, have the same materials in them. throwing money into nicer stuff in an area that doesn't call for it will not bring you extra money for the property. 

Trash out, landscaping, interior paint, deck rebuild, minor repairs, new backsplash, new appliances, all new furniture and kitchen supplies.

The total work needed was a new backsplash in the kitchen, one room needed new carpet and the old in-ground pool needed to be filled in or repaired.

I repaired the kitchen and upgraded the gas stove and out backsplash, I had the roof replaced and the landscape redid the front and back, remolding the master bathroom and guest bathroom.
