I don’t have to worry when the Federal Reserve announces an interest rate change because my financing is locked-in.

As a side note, our mayor just announced that we'll be undergoing our largest property tax increase in history. 

I started on this real estate investing journey last November, after months of learning and trying everything to just get started and get a deal under my belt, I am proud to announce I am almost done with my first rehab project!

Once I fully remove myself from my company and announce my new career path I am sure many more opportunities will present themselves.
