Hi I am new to Bigger Pockets and exploring a bit. My name is Jennifer R and I am serious about buying and holding for my retirement. I've done a couple of deals in the past. I actually just kind of lucked into them but still I made some money off of them. 

Is there anyone in the Denver area who is actively investing? The market is so crazy right now I wonder if its possible to find deals that make sense here now.
