Anyway....Don’t take this post so serious, it’s only an observation over months and months of zero contribution supplemented with uniformed advice. 

The benefits are very solid, you still get to put on the uniform regularly, and it is a pretty good Plan B in case things in real estate dont work out as well as I hope. 

If that's the case, its usually pretty obvious as the guy crying the sale is in uniform and carrying a gun.

Until I see leadership behind an actual bill to stop it, then I will expect it to happen.I guess I will go on record as saying I do not think it is appropriate for people in congress to say they do not want a law enforced uniformly in all states.

There is no uniform standard of practice across the industry, other than we need to know the laws, so unfortunately it can be an agonizing process of trial and error to find the professional that is the right fit for your needs.

If I recall correctly, the Uniform Law Commission—a group of lawyers that draft uniform laws for all 50 states—wrote the statute a few years ago.
