Tarrant County Foreclosure Auction, Fort Worth, TX

Greetings 

I have been to the Tarrant County courthouse to observe and take notes for the last two auctions and I am still confused.  Will someone with knowledge of how they operate please explain it to me?  It seems there are at least two different auctions going on at once.  To which auction do I want to pay attention?  Also, what are the steps that need to be taken in order to prepare for these specific auctions?
