It's very well supervised. 

If the customer insists that they purchase the materials I make sure that they do it with my supervision so that I don't get partway into a project and end up with the wrong materials that may postpone the job completion waiting on the right ones.

I still have a team there managing properties and brokering deals under my supervision, but I have since relocated recently to Tulsa, OK to start a branch office of our brokerage here.I have noticed that the laws concerning property management and landlord stipulations are very similar to Arkansas, which makes OK a landlord friendly state, too.

I'd agree, combine the two.The CRM is its data is your mine and need to keep control over it.The CRM also allows you to keep an eye on the business and supervise the VAs.

If you don't have time to manage that many units, how are you going to train someone else to do it and then supervise them?

I sent them a link with a non-chemical alternative method to use a less harmful way to get rid of them, and suggested they take one to a nursery to see if they actually ARE dangerous, advised to supervise their child and dogs, just like they would in a local park, but I'm not about to run back and forth to the property everytime a naturally-occuring plant pops up on the lawn.   

All I have left to do is file the form stating who my Broker In Charge supervising my license will be.My current full time job will remain that way for now, as I am looking not to make real estate my full time job but instead something that allows me to manage my own investment property deals, and occasionally help friends or family purchase a home.

A real estate salesperson must work under the supervision of a broker.
