I predict it is a part time to full time job on the phone and searching Zillow etc to get an occasional deal maybe at best once every month to as far apart as just a handful a year.

Went in person, was told, "we don't have a price list," but did take down the prices they have stuck on a piece of paper on the bottom of a computer screen, which were different (lower than) from the prices on a written quote from a sheet a floor rep provided.

They’ve been very responsive and seem to have done a great job screening and placing tenants, which took about 6 weeks (keep in mind I’ve not totally rehabbed the condo, older kitchen, bath and carpet), so renting out took a bit longer.

We embrace S8 applicants, but screen them just like any other applicant.Many have an entitlement mentality and try to leverage their S8 voucher by pretending to be helpless:1) A percentage won't apply because they expect a landlord to waive application fees for them.2) Many cry broke and expect a landlord NOT to charge them a security deposit.3) Many of those same S8 tenants trying to avoid paying a security deposit, won't make an effort to call the list of nonprofits we send them that will pay their security deposit if they apply.4) A lot of them try to avoid paying for utilities.

Its either ra ra ra  or dose of reality so someone understands what the challenges are. the fellow who runs the call center gave the best advice for someone with a few hours.. just hit the phones and try to create leads for others.
