I am from Ventura co California, and I am just starting out in investing in sfr for a buy and hold strategy.

I know this is an old post but who do you use for your foundation work I have a sloping P&B house in Ventura county and I am having a hard time getting multiple bids no one really wants to come out.

I will be stationed in Ventura County, CA in June.

But like you said nice problem to have... although a nice property paid for seems like a very solid ace in the hole to simply keep like an emergency fund type thing... but I know my thoughts on this subject are usually in the minority here at  refi till you die BP  rental site  LOL.. just kidding but you know what I mean.

Hello,I am looking to find a good architect in the ventura county area who is both skilled in dealing with both ventura county ordinances as well as city ordinances and also charges a reasonable rate.

We have been thinking of purchasing something on >1.5 aces in the Palm Bay, FL area and was thinking working through a wholesaler and fixing it up on our own would make a ton of financial sense, but would want to respect a wholesaler's business model while still wanting to find something that was personally the home I want.Anyone have thoughts?
