Hello, my name is Cody, I am originally from Claremore, OK. I will be stationed in Ventura County, CA in June. I am pretty much brand new to Real Estate Investing. I have been to a couple of the "Guru Seminars" about 10 years ago that really left me with a bit of a bad taste. I am so glad that I found this site and look forward to learning a lot more and working with many of you!
