I have tried to block this fraudster so called Real Estate Investor/agent/ broker, but instead of refunding me the $5.091 I has taken from me without any results he keeps charging me.

Just keep in mind that using that emergency fund to buy your next property and having tapped a HELOC already may leave you in a bad spot if you run into a similar problem again.Also, I’m not 100% sure, but I have heard that personal loans don’t your credit more so than other types of debt so be sure you look into that if you go the personal loans route and then planned to finance your next purchase soon after.

For us, we have insurance on it and found it easier to keep in the trust vs. llc and have to deal with state filings etc. 

However, you bring  a GREAT point which is the stocks wont keep like this.

Yup thats just one guy and one example there is going to be some really bad stuff happen because of these so called trainers and again I lump everyone in to that so called trainer who is advocating this niche .. they should just keep it to themselves instead of making money selling how to do this.. its a trian wreck and a total stain on the industry..
