The information he offers is readily available for free on BiggerPockets or online.

There's no shortage of clickbait articles online, including many on BiggerPockets, that claim to reveal "The Best Market for Real Estate Investment."

I used to use a PO box but it sat collecting dust for years so I don't bother anymore...I've had people find my personal residence by looking me up on the online tax records. 

Furthermore, a big driver for me is to be able to care for both of my parents in their retirement, my auntie who recently lost her husband and help friends or strangers in need.Now I am looking to network and get more intimate with the market I am eyeing - and of course, continue to learn.- Oh, and I am a total nomad.

More people are doing residential real estate nowadays due to online education, social media promotion and community like BP and deals are harder and harder to come by. 

Online real estate sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and LoopNet.

There is absolutely nothing he shared that you can't find online or here on BP.

Your responses have all been very appreciated as you seem to be looking to mitigate catastrophe for strangers starting out.So far, it's been 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards.
