In Sac, many of the duplexes I’ve seen are a little pricier than what I’d like to spend for first home and not as good looking as some of the cheaper SFHs, BUT obviously It’d cost more in expenses per month if it’s just me and/or my girl.

The tenant recently asked if I would allow her to let her cousin move in with her two children, a 16 yr. old boy and an 8 yr. old girl for 6-8 months until she can get on her feet and get her own place.

I think the same wholesaler sold the house to a newbie, who believed him... poor girl is likely going to be taking a $20K-$40K hit.  

The first 5 were girls before we finally got the boy!!

Hi all,Full time real estate investor and developer living in Michigan, met a girl in Fort Worth and am looking to move down to DFW area.

One of them is a girl I barely know who is half my age and I need to find here and have her sign a form saying she's not moving in with me.

The girl on the podcast today said she used 0 interest credit cards to fund some of her rehabs, so maybe i could do that. idk the more i talk about it the more i feel like I'm ready!

The two siblings that were appointed executors, only because the will was done in a workshop and it simply suggested the oldest boy and the oldest girl be appointed those positions not because of their experience or knowledge in this field.

I am also trying to gain a better understanding of the content I should focus on to get my first deal done in the next 90 days.Signed a girl looking for guidance.
