There are again, many different repair costs numbers and was wondering if anyone had some numbers to use per square foot for like light medium heavy. 

I've had a very light interest in this for a long time, but never considered it to be something attainable at this point in my life.

Right, the list of things to maintain and/or replace is never ending; rugs, AC filters, light bulbs, water filter in fridge, detector batteries, pest control, coffee maker, stove eyes and pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, sofa cushions, pillows, blinds, brooms, mops, vacuum, brushes, shower curtains, bath mats, beach towels. 

I just ordered some more WiFi security cameras that are powered from light sockets. 

The NAR and RE Brokers have been breaking the law for years and they got off lightly.

Hoping someone can shed some light for me. 

I'm also in CLT and can shed some light on the market there. 

I am also a licensed realtor, have worked a loan originator for hard money lender, have light general contracting experience.
