New MF investor trying to learn the game

Hi BP community,

I am new to the group and excited to meet and learn from all of you. I am semi new to the real estate space. I have 2 single family home flips under my belt and was a partner for an infill. I want to pivot away from that and towards a BRRR strategy for multi family properties. I would love to chat with any multi family owners/investors who would like to share their investing stories with me. My goal is to learn from your experience and prepare myself for my own investing journey. Side note I am planning on investing in Texas or NC but I don't live there currently.
