You can have a written policy to determine a fair and reasonable buffer for the student loans but denying them outright Because of their total debt an easy case to win on a violation of either the Equal Credit Opportunity Act or the Fair Housing Act.You need to come up with a fair and reasonable way to deal with this situation and your current analysis is not close.

She's not a malicious person and there were a lot of extra things done to the apartment to protect it against damage; or at least make for easy repairs or a simple cleaning.My true viewpoint: I was a homeless veteran when I got into real-estate (yeah...long long story) and I wanted to be a veteran business owner in the business of providing housing and better quality of life for our vets and veteran families.

So Cal has a lot of entertainment and finance industry people that stay in corp. housing and a lot of it is high end.My daughter is an actor in the Bay area and rents her small studio on airbnb for $125/night.
