If you are going to share lease edits  brought on by local landlord tenant legislation updates make sure to include the location but I suspect edits influenced by tenant interaction will be most helpful to those who read these forums. 

The property can only be vacant for so long without notifying insurance so when the prior tenant moved out could be impactful here.

@Salome Ditmars there are many out there—but unfortunately there is no centralized repository to locate them.

I would be surprised if there weren't notices given to both the defaulting End Buyer (You're in default, you must close by X date or we're forfeiting your deposit) as well as the escrow agent (Buyer defaulted, see contract Earnest Money paragraph regarding release) prior to that actually occurring.
