I've seen numerous complaints about HELOCs being frozen and cerdit limits being dropped.

While sales of groceries, such as frozen dinners, cereal, soup and coffee, are still higher than they were a year ago, sales growth has slowed compared with earlier months in the pandemic.

I spoke with the manager of the mobile home park where I have my rental and they have had an incredible amount of frozen pipes...yet mine have been just fine.

During the Great Recession, many found that their HELOCs had their lines frozen, meaning folks had to pay it back according to the original agreement, but couldn't draw upon it any more (relevant to the "I have a HELOC and will wait for the supposed downturn that is allegedly always right around the corner to purchase!"

Maybe no one wants them because we are "that mysterious frozen land up north" in which case, send me your Alaska notes and I'll have a look at them!

Plus I had one year where pay wages were frozen and didn't increase until the following year to a minimum rate.
