Everything I have read says I wouldn't get a 2nd conventional loan right away even though my numbers are excellent (credit above 800 and over $500k in my 401k with a monthly pension). 

Truly, finding good people is difficult with an added layer of complexity when you cannot physically meet them   Or go see deals in person.

This is assuming excellent credit, ratio of 1.00+ on a SFH with a long-term lease at 75% LTV.

That's a very large book of physical cards to carry around.Whatever you go with, ensure it works for you and your team.

The other half is: excellent finished product design and management at a reasonable cost. 

- vandalism- unstable economy - and many other problems of an impoverished countryI'm sure once you have a good team (broker, agent, lawyer, insurance broker, contractor, prop.mgr) that you can trust, it's all doable, but building that might take time and money and physical presence.
