Jason Bott is correct, and its best to have all your coverage with one agent, because you add a property, then that agent should also endorse the umbrella.

I am NOT an attorney, but have had this occur in numerous situations and the answer has always been "not a problem" There could be many reasons why this occurred, the most common is the allonge was actually endorsed to BLANK (not endorsed) and Company D did the smart thing and signed it to their company.
