Hello,Does anyone have any creative solutions for managing packages at 100+ unit apartment complexes?

To my knowledge, the apartments at Bonnelle drive have recently been purchased as part of a package deal for several million dollars  as well as Twickingham village( I think, but don't hold me to it).,  Even though these apartments are located near  ( UAH, University of Alabama Huntsville), they have a history of crime and violence recently.

Currently the SBA is loaning on storage units with an attractive package. 

I have been approved for 1.2m by lender in last two months for some small mIti package that didnt work out, but If I want to go as big as possIble and I dont have the whole 675k ready like now, seems like they don’t want to send me over a $2m deal if the cash isn’t ready.

But I still need my hundred and twenty in cash and you can take over the payments on the 330. (3/3)That payment is right around 3800 Piti on income of a little bit under 7 Grand if you got them all rented (1/2)So I can't take a partial assumption on one property out of the 5 property package.
