But the more i think about i think it i think it had to do with my age even though i was professional about the whole thing i had a lot more knowledge of real estate then the other person i was dressed up ready to do business (probably over dressed if you asked me) which lead me to believe that is was because of my young appearance.

I think it really dresses up the place nicely.We are renting our half duplex for $1100 in a market where an outdated, cheaply done unit in a less desirable neighborhood would rent for ~$750-$900. $1100-$1200 is the highest I have seen for our market.
