New member from Utah

I am a new member from the Provo area of Utah. I am 25 years old, and about to finish college. Right now I am just looking to get into real estate investing and am looking for advice from experienced investors. I have read The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, by Gary Keller, and Bigger Pockets own, The Book on Rental Property Investing, by Brandon Turner. I was wondering what other material might be good to read, what blog posts, websites, youtube channels, etc. might help me get started. Also, knowing what you now know, what do you wish you knew or did at my age? Thanks!
