We eventually fixed it on the Holiday (Monday) as the tenant on the second floor is finally home.  2) Other tenants in the building have been telling me, and this morning I received a call complaining about tenant from 1) above due to loud noise generated by karaoke singing all the time in the weekday.

I can meet either very early in morning or late in the evening. 

I inherited the tenants and am not sure what the late penalty language is.I contacted property management and am having a call in the morning..

@David Faulkner I went to check the house out early the next morning and happened to catch the listing buyer and the guy who (already) had it under contract.

And just a quick update, I received the bid from my contractor so I'll post the scope of work with costs this evening or tomorrow morning.

I am at the landfill this morning unloading some junk from my house ,  The guy next to me is struggling to get a dresser out of his SUV he is around 75 years old  .
