I will join SJREIA and other irl networking groups to meet wholesalers but in terms of meeting them online, how should I go about that?

If you do a search on line ''mini storage investing'' you will find it.I decided not to invest in apartments or ministorages, too much work and headache.

You need to provide them with the LLC information and the trust documentation when opening an account.I have opened bank accounts for the trust and for LLCs owned by the trust at multiple institutions, including one of the four major US banks, local banks, local credit unions, online banks, multiple major brokerage houses, etc.

You are not going to get this knowledge by reading a guide online or asking the question in a forum.  

Lots of "get rich quick" gurus out there about buying deals with no money down or "creative financing" that when you peel back the curtain you realize is a scam used to sell courses online. 

I'm not interested in IDX or MLS, but I do want to showcase my listings online via my website.

They had an ATM fund that looked interesting, but I couldn't find anyone talking about them online. 

what it sounds like you are asking is illegal in many ways, section 8 laws, local laws, duel contract laws that conflict, there always has been also those out there looking to catch you breaking them,  avoid it, dont offer it, dont entertain it, there is leeway up if the tenant meets certain conditions, say need 1 floor rental, if not rent may be inflated over realistic market, which is what rented at not listed at, keeping in mind sec 8 market rents also include utilities paid, you can usually reach by email fastest, they have set chart, heat type, neighborhood etc, more than listings found online

What many may want to consider is how do they scale it.. because as stated 50K profit deals although talked about a bunch on line are not that common at the 200k ARV and under price point.. in these deals I do and see 20 to 30k is the norm..

And my portfolio has increased 2.5x since purchase.You aren't going to find the next hot area by looking online.
