i was wondering about the 50% rule and 2% (test) if it works on Apartments to?

In 2017 our goal is to obtain one SFH rental property to test the waters.

I'm not 100% sure what happens if you fail, but I believe you just pay the $60 test fee again.

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I wanted to test the interest level of a business idea I have been working on.  

They like to see at least $100/unit minimum, and would prefer to see closer to $200/unit if possible when they do this quick litmus test of whether something is a good deal or not.With your numbers above it would seem that taking the 50% of your $319 and then dividing it by the three units, you'd end up with about $53/unit/month in cash flow.  

Do some A/B testing with the approach and let me know how it goes! 

It will be critical to try and pass your test on 1st attempt because the certificate will the be good for 6 years verses 3.IMPORTANT,,,all certificates expire at deed transfer and the new owner has NO GUARATEE of future passing.

I'm looking test another list such as pre forclouse or inherantence list.
