If you haven't already seen it, I do recommend the Bigger Pockets Ultimate Beginners Guide and the entertaining & informative BP Podcasts.I also recommend getting out there and meeting some other investors, for example there is the RIREIG group that meets monthly in Warwick and the Black Diamond group that meets monthly and alternates locations between Burlington MA and Worcester MA.

I had gone to a couple of local Black Diamond events and need to pick back up on that.

Many deals can be diamonds in the rough.

While everyone jokingly kept telling us that “we had our work cut out for us,” I was confident in our ability to turn this from a diamond in the rough into a beautiful home.
