Home Developers South Shore and Metro West
Hi All! In my business travels I have been coming across deals and opportunities that are bigger than what I am looking to take on as an individual flipping homes. I know what my sweet spot is, and these projects required more time or money than I am interested in putting in. As an agent I want to help these home owners find somebody who would be interested in their properties and can maximize their potential. I have started cold calling local developers to build a network and share some of the opportunities I have found. This is a very slow and arduous process and I haven't gotten much positive feedback.
I was wondering if folks have other approaches for growing their network. I had gone to a couple of local Black Diamond events and need to pick back up on that. Any other suggestions for finding developers specifically?
