Hey Dawn you are right.

I have run several through the dishwasher and have had no problem, but then again these are so cheap its really six of one half dozen of the other...

So depreciation would be 290-180 = 110k. 110k/27.5/12 = 333/mo in depreciation.So that's 1583/mo in expenses/depreciation which obviously wouldn't create a passive loss since my rent is 1900/mo but I spent $3,500 last year on a new A/C and dishwasher.
