We purchased a property in Yucca (unincorporated area just south of Aberdeen) this summer, and are preparing to put it up on ABNB and VRBO. 

You can find a lot of the movers and shakers that way.

I just paid today 1st months rent, security deposit and movers..paid them directly knowing that once the movers got the stuff out she had to go..hope this helps.

They also tried to milk us for money for hotel stays until renovations were complete (which were going to take several months, paying their security deposit on their next apartment, all new furniture, professional cleaners, movers, storage, etc. 

I’ve made a good deal of money on movers.

Since they can't have prepayment penalties for conforming loans (and probably because the Gov't isnt' supporting this for investors), the rule is that they can't originiate a loan without 6months of a prior action on the Title (or somthing like that).This is a common issue with investors wanting to move REALLY fast with brrr or whatever their investing methodology. 

We also took care of the movers, and everything that was left in the home.

Lots of people moving in and was pegged as most moved to city in 2022 by United Van Lines movers. 

We had to cancel our movers that we had on 7/7 and lost the company money.

I can’t tell you how many rentals we’ve found/done all the leg work for, potential houses we’ve found for purchase, realtor referrals, lender referrals, setting up movers, paying for movers, moving our closing date to work with their other transaction, etc etc.
