Can someone provide guidance on how to wholesale a mobile home? Owner is selling mobile home only which would have to be moved.

Thanks

First you hvae to make sure it hasn't had an elimination of title, and that there isn't financing of some sort on it.

You have to figure out how much it will cost to move the mobile because it isn't cheap. You will need the year the mobile was built, the VIN which shuold be stamped on the frame and the title (it's like selling a car).
