Time is better spent hosting lunch-and-learns, being a junior achievement volunteer, putting on financial literacy courses at your church, starting web sites like BP, hosting podcasts to help others get ahead...practical stuff (where you may be able to help 1 out of 10 or 20 who are willing to fix the habits that keep them in the middle class).Class warfare creates more divide than it provides help or solutions.

None of the volunteers here can create a wholesaling business for you, you're going to have to take the initiative to build up a lot of knowledge on your own and then ask specific questions when you run into challenges.

IF you can, however, you'd most likely be volunteering for double taxation (assuming the account consists entirely of pre-tax funds): you'd pay the loan back with after-tax funds (tax #1) and then when you withdraw in retirement, you'd pay taxes again (tax #2).
