Wholesaling in Philadelphia

I've been reading a lot about wholesaling and I was wondering how to go about it in Philadelphia . do I need the real estate license  to do wholesaling in philly and what are some northern things I should look out for

All of the resources you need for developing your plan are within this site. None of the volunteers here can create a wholesaling business for you, you're going to have to take the initiative to build up a lot of knowledge on your own and then ask specific questions when you run into challenges. 

My suggestion is to forget wholesaling. Learn real estate by getting your REALTOR license.
