If you are the nicest 4/2 out there in the market and all the rest have not been remodeled in say 15 years, and your property was remodeled a month ago then the price on your property will be easily justified at a higher price on the listing side. 

The idea is simple: purchase a property, live in one part, and rent out the rest to offset your mortgage or even generate profit.

There is a safety and follow up piece to have the proper information.

Also, I wanted to convey that the type of investor I describe should on;y accept a quality tenant well above what’s typically considered acceptable in the industry.  

The seller receiving cash to reinvest or lend and the buyer to receive the payments on the thousands of loans within the MBS.

We’ve had increases submitted in Sep that weren’t approved (retroactively) until June the following year.

You could also engage the services of a buyer’s agent.

So it helps keep the turnover lower.
