I live in a great location for outdoor recreation where every year vacationers come to enjoy the hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and other opportunities the area has to offer. 

I would prefer to target military families over vacationers for many reasons.

Attorneys, like sharks, will be glad to represent travelers,vacationers in a class action suit against hosts that did not refund reservations.

So if the vacationers can't do Disney or Cruises, they will sit at the beach!!

This isn’t something that affects vacationers too bad but when you live there you feel it.

Will you be looking for long term families (focus on crime and schools), student rentals (close to universities), travel nurses (close to hospitals), vacationers (close to travel destinations), etc.

They started banning vacationers but some PMs and owners were printing bogus entry passes to get renters across the bridges.
