Does anyone know of any meetups/ networking events regarding real estate or entrepreneurship?
Looking for ways to expand my network as well as possible job opportunities. 

Those holding cost will certainly add up over time and kill any cash flow.

I also would like to get into the BRRRR method.

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.

Interested in a meet up with like minded investors on Long Island.  

Foundations actually don't come up that much in Chicago.... so many awesome brick properties.

Have you looked into the Turn Key Method?

Fortunately for me, I started investing a time in the market where everything went up.  

You may want to find a good agent in the southern NH area as I'm hearing that market is prime for investment with people moving up from MA, but your other markets might be just as solid.Also, since you're already an agent, it's pretty easy to get your reciprocal license for NH or RI.

I’m mostly interested in multi family homes (using the Brrr method).
